Onboarding - $149 + GST one off per broker/office

  • 1 hour strategy call with the broker

Pre-Lodgement CRM/Apply Online data entry only $199 + GST per file 

  • Liaising with clients for pre-submission requirements - living expenses, statements, ID etc.

  • Apply online data entry ready for submission (broker loan/diary notes required)

  • Broker CRM data entry

  • Prepare/attach supporting docs for submission

  • FHOG completed (if required)

  • Order upfront valuation

  • Prepare file ready for review and submission by broker

Loan Processing from lodgement to settlement $349 + GST per file

  • Upon submission we will follow up the progress of each file until settlement

  • Contact the client to introduce our team as the go to for updates on their application

  • Submit pricing request if required (depending on lender)

  • Regular client updates via email or phone

  • Liaise with lenders, agents, accountants and conveyances are required

  • Updating the broker’s CRM and workflow

  • Regular broker updates

  • Conditional, Unconditional and settlements emails sent to the client

  • Liaise with client and broker to satisfy conditions and missing information requests for the application

  • Discharge paperwork will be completed and sent to OFI ready for settlement

  • Will liaise with the broker, solicitor and client to ensure any shortfall of funds is ready for settlement to avoid delays

  • Liaise with all parties to ensure settlement is booked and all outstanding requirements have been met

  • Client will be advised when file is booked in for settlement

  • On the day of settlement we will confirm settlement has occurred and will advise the broker. 

  • Contact the client to congratulate them on the settlement of their loan!

Additional cost for follow ups for the below loan types:

  • Land and Construction loan additional fee $149 + GST (includes pre-lodgement, loan processing, submission and follow up of progress payments)

  • Cloned applications and expired pre-approvals for resubmission fee $99 +GST

  • Family guarantee and multiple property loan submissions fee from $149 +GST

Post Settlement Marketing & Client Retention Package - $249 + GST per file 

  • After settlement we will contact the lender to ensure the loan has been setup correctly for the client including correct rates, packages, offsets are linked, when and where repayments will be coming out of and send an email to the client with all the relevant information

  • Contact the client to ensure their welcome pack and cards have arrived from the lender. Liaise with the lender if required to ensure they have the correct address etc.

  • Update the broker’s CRM with post settlement details including new client address

  • Update the broker’s CRM and workflow with relevant follow ups for the anniversary of the loan (for a home loan health check) and expiry of fixed rate

  • A call will be made to the client:

    • Asking about their service experience and an email to be sent requesting a review directing them to the broker’s preference - google reviews, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. - to be discussed with the broker

    • Asking the client to subscribe to marketing like the newsletter, RBA updates, text message updates etc. - to be discussed with the broker

  • During the call or via email a request for referrals of family and friends will be made to the client

  • Organise a settlement gift for the client - to be discussed and approved by the broker. Cost will be incurred by the broker. We are able to source options when given a budget and theme to work with. (Optional)

  • Broker dedicated number $40 + GST per month - A dedicated number can be allocated for each broker/office. This number will be used for all incoming and outgoing calls for your files.  A dedicated voicemail will be setup to add value, consistency and professionalism for you and your clients. When calls are received your business name will be visible and we will answer the call with your business name. The voicemail will also be set up with your business name so the lenders and clients will know exactly who they are calling back which will eliminate many delays.

  • Monthly compliance completed for the broker $80 + GST per hour - We offer this service to brokers using their current compliance set up or discuss a system that we have used successfully previously (third party charges will apply if you decide to use something other than your recommended system from your aggregator). If training on your system is required, this will also be billed per hour.
